Fantasy Lane Stable is NOT a claiming stable. Instead we offer unraced yearlings and two-year olds in training. Owning an unraced thoroughbred is not only very exciting; but hey you just never know as you may find that special champion.
We’ve been blessed that in in past years FLS has found and developed multiple stakes winners. We don’t go out and buy other people’s stake champions as other expensive partnerships do as we develop our own.
Our history includes purchasing an unraced R Betty Graybull for $60,000. All she did was earn over $436,000 including winning multiple stakes. We then entered a partnership agreement with Adena Springs in which we sold half of Betty prorated at $300,000 as she is now a broodmare. Read more.
We were blessed to buy an unraced Uptowncharlybrown for $57,000 who took us on a magical carpet ride which included the Grade One $1,000,000 Belmont Stakes. Today Charly as he is affectionately known by our partners is standing at stud at Diamond B Farm in PA.
One of our nice partners recently purchased R Betty Graybull back. She is now in foal to Uptowncharlybrown. Soon the parents will welcome a new foal named Make A Little Magic.
All thoroughbred horses are living breathing creatures entrusted into our care. Please note that whenever investing in a living animal it always involves a high degree of risk as there’s always a chance of striking out.
But, if you swing away for the fences, you may also get lucky and just find that special champion as we just never know. That’s why royalty and celebrities are all so excited to be part of the thoroughbred racing world. For as little as $625 you, too, can own a part of a horse.
For slightly more than the cost of airfare, you and your family can enjoy the exciting world of thoroughbred racing action in the Sport Of Kings. We do hope that you decide to join us.
We, at Fantasy Lane Stable, are dedicated to finding that special diamond in the rough. But, more importantly, we treat all our investors as royalty with our first class service, communication, and dedication which is second to none.
The economics are such that it costs the same, about $50,000 per year, to feed a cheap claimer as it does the Kentucky Derby winner.
But, with claimers, there’s rarely any upside; and eventually, the economics of the sport will swallow an owner up.
That’s why at FLS, we prefer to swing away for the fences with promising two-year olds. We always look for the athlete and work long and hard to find that special horse.
As you continue to explore our website we do hope to answer all of your questions. But if not, please never hesitate to contact us. If you’re looking for fun and excitement at an affordable price in the sport of thoroughbred racing you’ve come to the right place. Again, thank you for your interest.
